Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging

RaceLabss reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. No Refund Policy

RaceLabss follows a No Refund Policy.
This means:

  • No cash refund

  • No bank refund

  • No payment gateway refund

Only Store Credit will be provided for all eligible returns.

3. Store Credit

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive Store Credit equal to the product value minus ₹100 shipping charge.

  • Store Credit can be used on your next purchase from our website.

  • Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

4. Shipping Charges

  • A return shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted before processing any return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items bought during Sale/Offer periods

  • Accessories (if applicable)

  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

  4. Store Credit will be issued after the product is received and verified by our team.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide Store Credit.

8. Changes to This Policy

RaceLabss reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
