Cancellation Policy

At RaceLabss, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency regarding order cancellations. Please review the policy below to understand how cancellations work.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Your order cannot be canceled if:

  • It has already been processed or packed

  • It has been shipped or is out for delivery

  • It contains customized or special-order items

  • The cancellation window (12 hours) has passed

In these cases, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.

3. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

(If COD is offered by your business)

  • COD orders must be confirmed by phone/email (if applicable).

  • Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to future COD restrictions for the customer.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is eligible for cancellation:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time:

    • UPI / Wallets: 2–5 business days

    • Cards / Net Banking: 5–10 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Automatic Cancellations

Your order may be automatically canceled if:

  • Payment is not completed

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • The product becomes unavailable or out of stock

If this occurs, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded.

6. Modification of Orders

If you want to change your order (item, size, color, address):

  • Modifications must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

7. Policy Updates

RaceLabss reserves the right to update or modify the Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
