RaceLabss accepts the following payment methods:

  • Wallet Payments (where applicable)

  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

  • Online Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.)

2. Payment Security

  • All online payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways.

  • We do not store any card details, UPI IDs, or sensitive payment information.

  • All transactions are encrypted to protect your financial data.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • If a payment fails, the order will not be processed.

  • In case of payment being deducted but order not showing, contact us at racelabss@gmail.com with proof of payment.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as applicable).

  • Additional charges such as shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

Your order may be delayed or canceled if:

  • The transaction fails due to bank/gateway issues

  • Incorrect billing information is provided

6. Refunds for Payments

Refunds (if approved) are always processed through the original payment method.
Refund timelines:

  • UPI / Wallets: 2–5 business days

  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

  • Net Banking: 3–7 business days

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

If COD is available:

  • COD orders must be confirmed via phone/email (if required).

  • Fake or non-responsive COD orders may be canceled.

  • Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

If COD is not available:

  • All orders must be prepaid using available online methods.

For security reasons, RaceLabss may request additional verification such as:

  • Email confirmation

  • Identity proof (in rare cases)

  • Confirmation of billing address

Orders may be held until verification is complete.
